Meet the Team
I have worked in numerous settings providing outpatient services, community based services, and inpatient care. I have over a decade of experience treating adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, and thought disturbances. I use an integrative approach in my sessions with my clients utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help my clients overcome barriers that are preventing them from becoming the best version of themself and reaching their highest potential. I am licensed in the state of Georgia and Florida. In person and virtual appointments are available for Georgia residents and virtual only for Florida residents.
