Meet the Team
I have had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient services, community-based programs, and inpatient care. These diverse experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded perspective on mental health treatment, equipping me with the skills to support individuals in various stages of their healing journey.
With over a decade of experience, I have worked extensively with adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, and thought disturbances. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I tailor my methods to fit each client’s unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive and empathetic space for self-exploration, and Solution-Focused Therapy to empower individuals to set and achieve meaningful goals. By combining these approaches, I help my clients overcome barriers that may be preventing them from becoming the best version of themselves and reaching their highest potential. I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Georgia and Florida. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments for residents of Georgia, while Florida residents can access therapy services through virtual sessions. My goal is to provide a flexible and accessible therapeutic experience that meets clients where they are, offering guidance and support in a way that best fits their lifestyle and needs.
